摘  要:传统的飞机结构设计是基于经验的基础上,在各因素间折中、计算中迭代完成的,这样的设计手段在面对静不定结构时,效率不高。针对民机典型的舱门铰链臂零件,文中开展了基于强度和刚度的拓扑优化设计,为飞机结构设计师提供一种考虑传力路径的新的设计手段和思路,从而提高了结构承载效率、实现结构减重。The traditional aircraft structure design is based on experience,which is completed by compromise between various factors and iteration in calculation.Such a design method is inefficient when faced with statically indeterminate structures.Based on the typical hinge arm of the cabin door,this paper expounds the topology optimization design based on strength and rigidity priority,and provides a new method and idea for the design considering the force transmission path for the structural designer,so as to improve the structural efficiency and load bearing efficiency,achieve weight reduction.
