摘　　要：以粉皮加工过程为研究对象,选用PLC和触摸屏等自动化设备,设计了一套适合粉皮自动加工的控制程序,从而实现粉皮加工过程中的自动化、可视化操作,提高生产效率,降低从业者的劳动强度,对粉皮生产实现自动化起到了推动作用。Taking the sheet jelly processing process as the research object,this paper uses PLC and touch screen and other automation equipment to design a set of control programs suitable for sheet jelly automatic processing,so as to realize sheet jelly's processing process automation and visual operation.The production efficiency is improved,the labor intensity of the practitioners is reduced,and the automatic production of sheet jelly has been promoted.
