民办职业培训机构培训效果之影响因素探析

摘　　要：民办职业培训机构作为职业教育服务的重要提供者,培训效果决定其生存与发展。以“民办职业培训机构”为研究对象,以S省T市与F市的三所民办职业培训机构为例,从“受训者特点”“培训项目设计”“组织”三个维度对民办职业培训机构培训效果影响因素进行实证研究。得出“服务质量”“培训讲师”“自我效能感”“个人动机”“培训内容与方法”“品牌形象”“价格”对培训效果有显著性影响,且指标权重依次降低。最后,对如何提高民办职业培训机构培训效果给出相应建议。The private vocational training institution is the important provider of vocational education services, and its survival and development mainly depend on their training results. The current study conducted an empirical study on the influential factors of training effectiveness of private vocational training institutions from three dimensions, including “trainees’ characteristics”, “training project design” and “organization”. Three private vocational training institutions in T city and F city of S province were the research objects. It was concluded that factors including “service quality”, “training instructor”, “self-efficacy”, “personal motivation”, “training content and method”, “brand image” and “price” have significant impacts on the training effectiveness, and the weight of indicators decreases in turn. Suggestions are put forward on how to improve the training effectiveness of private vocational training institutions.
