德国临床伦理委员会构建和功能探究以及对我国的启发

摘　　要：二十世纪末,德国各大医院开始提倡并建立临床伦理委员会,致力于解决大量医学伦理难题,并在很大程度上提高了医务人员的伦理素养、保护了患者权益。经过几十年的发展和不断完善,德国医院临床伦理委员会成为各大医院不可或缺的一个相对独立的机构,为医院构建互信和谐的医患关系作出了巨大贡献。从德国医院临床伦理委员会的工作目标、构建、核心任务三方面进行研究,为中国临床伦理委员会的建设和发展提出启发和建议,为构建和谐的医疗环境作出贡献。Since the end of the twentieth century,most hospitals in Germany began to advocate and establish clinical ethics committees,dedicated to solving a large number of medical ethics problems,and to a large extent to improve the ethical quality of medical staff and protect patients’rights and interests.After decades of development and continuous improvement,clinical ethics committees have become an indispensable and relatively independent part of German hospitals,which have made great contributions to establish a mutual-trusted and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.This research focused on the following three aspects:the work objectives,construction and key tasks of clinical committees in German hospitals,which may give some inspirations and suggestions for the construction and development of clinical committees in China and make contributions to the construction of a harmonious medical environment.
