摘　　要：在音乐治疗实践中,伦理规范是极为重要但又常被忽视的话题,治疗师与来访者的关系建立与咨询细节都会在一定程度上影响治疗效果。音乐治疗作为打破常规模式,帮助来访者走出困境,给予精神鼓励和支撑的治疗方式,更需借鉴经验、结合文化习惯,确立相应的伦理规范。从音乐治疗伦理的探究意义出发,结合音乐治疗中的尊重与关爱原则、隐私与保密原则、无害与助益原则探讨音乐治疗的伦理规范以及治疗策略,并对音乐治疗中的个体性及本土化问题提出进一步的阐释与思考。提出音乐治疗中相关伦理原则的规范与实施建议,音乐治疗行为有效性、合理性和合法性的必要界定,以探讨和确定以人作为主体的音乐治疗行为的伦理边界。In the practice of music therapy,ethics has always been a very important and often neglected topic.The establishment of the relationship between the therapist and the client and the details of consultation will influence the therapeutic effect to certain extent.Music therapy,as a treatment method of breaking the conventional pattern,helping the visitors to get out of the predicament and providing spiritual encouragement and support,it is necessary to learn from the excellent western strategies,combine the traditional cultural habits to establish the corresponding ethical norms.Starting from the significance of exploring the ethics of music therapy,combined with the principles of respect and care,privacy and confidentiality,harmless and helpful in music therapy,this paper discussed the ethical norms and treatment strategies of music therapy,and put forward further explanation and thinking on the issues of individuality and localization in music therapy.In order to explore and determine the ethical boundary of music medical behavior with human as the main body,this paper put forward some suggestions on the standardization and implementation of relevant ethical principles in music therapy,and the necessary definition of the effectiveness,rationality and legitimacy of music therapy behavior.
