医学伦理学视角下风湿免疫病慢病管理问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：通过对风湿免疫病特点的分析,结合医学伦理学基本原则阐述了风湿免疫病慢病管理中医患关系呈现“支配-服从”模式、资源分配不公平等相关医学伦理问题,探讨并提出医患共同决策模式,保持持续的医患互动,建立智能疾病管理软件,构建信息网络共享平台以及提升慢病管理质量、注重生活质量提高的相应对策,旨在促进风湿免疫病患者自我管理,提升患者疾病相关知识掌握水平,有效控制病情,实现达标治疗,最终有助于提高患者满意度及依从性。Through the analysis of the characteristics of rheumatic immune disease,combined with the basic principles of medical ethics,this paper expounded that the relationship between doctors and patients in the management of chronic diseases of rheumatic immune diseases presents some medical ethical problems,such as“domination obedience mode”,unfair resource allocation,and so an.Then it explored and put forward the joint decision model between doctors and patients,maintain continuous physician-patient interaction,establish intelligent disease management software,build information network sharing platform,and promote the quality of chronic disease management,pay attention to the corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of life.In order to improve the self-management of patients with rheumatic immune disease,elevate the level of disease-related knowledge of patients,control the disease effectively,perform“Treat to Target”.Finally,it helps to enhance patient satisfaction and compliance.
