摘　　要：通过对多个有超标缺陷的碳锰钢轴锻件进行解剖分析,断定缺陷是由以MnS为主的非金属夹杂物造成的。研究冶炼工艺、浇注方式,优化工艺方案后,锻件超声检测合格率大幅提高,锻件内部纯净度改进明显。Through anatomical analysis of a number of carbon-manganese steel shaft forgings with excessive defects,it has been concluded that the defects are caused by non-metallic inclusions dominated by MnS.After studying the smelting process and pouring method,and optimizing the process plan,the pass rate of ultrasonic testing for forgings has been greatly improved,and the internal purity of forgings has been improved significantly.
