养阴清解散结方联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的增效减毒临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴清解散结方联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法:将82例行首程放射治疗的患者随机分为对照组及试验组,对照组采用三维适形放疗,试验组在放疗基础上口服养阴清解散结方。比较两组的近期临床疗效、免疫功能及生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组近期临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后各项免疫指标与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量改善方面,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清解散结方与放疗联用治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌可以提高临床近期疗效,改善免疫功能,提高生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,可起到增效减毒的作用。Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of Yangyin Qingjie Sanjie decoction combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:82 patients who received the first course of radiotherapy were randomly divided into a control group and a test group. The control group received three-dimensional radiotherapy,and the test group received Yangyin Qingjie Sanjie decoction on the basis of radiotherapy. The short-term clinical efficacy,changes in immune function,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of short-term clinical curative effect in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the immune indexes of the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05). In terms of quality of life improvement,the test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the test group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Yangyin Qingjie Sanjie decoction and radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer can effectively improve the clinical short-term curative effect,improve the immune function of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and play a role in enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity.
