摘  要:用抗坏血酸替代了1-氨基-2-萘酚-4-磺酸作为硅钼蓝分光光度法测量锅炉水二氧化硅含量的还原剂,解决了1-氨基-2-萘酚-4-磺酸具有毒性、刺激性气味等环境不友好问题。通过优化实验条件,探讨了还原剂用量、酸度、显色时间等对反应的影响,建立了新的工作标准曲线,其线性相关系数达到0.9999。该方法的相对标准偏差均小于2%,加标回收率均大于97%,是可靠有效的测量方法。Ascorbic acid is used to replace 1-amino-2-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid as a reducing agent for the determination of silica content in boiler water by silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry,which solves the environmental problems of 1-amino-2-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid,such as toxicity and pungent odor.By optimizing the experimental conditions,the effects of reducing agent dosage,acidity and color developing time on the reaction were discussed.A new standard curve was established,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The relative standard deviation is less than 2%and the recovery is more than 97%.It is a reliable and effective method.
