摘 要:2010年《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》颁布以来,中外合作办学先后经历了调整探索发展时期、注重内涵发展时期和深化提升发展时期。中外合作办学的发展必须不断加强党建工作,牢固坚守中方主导权;必须树立“品牌”意识,实现规模、质量、效益协调发展;必须坚持“以我为主”,以开放促改革;必须坚持“为我所用”,服务国家和区域重大战略需求。面向未来,中外合作办学即将进入“普及化”“特色化”发展阶段,在建设教育强国和助力中国教育走向世界中心方面的贡献度将不断增加。Since the Promugation of The Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools have gone through three stages:exploratory development,connotational development and deepening and enhancement development.For its further development,we must constantly strengthen party building and seize the initiative;establish brand awareness and make scale,quality and efficiency develop in a coordinated way;focus on China’s reality and promote reform through opening up;learn from others and use those ideas and elements to our advantage,serving the major strategic national and regional needs.Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools are now at the threshold of the stage of“popularization”and“specialization.”It will make more contribution for China to become a strong country in education.
