日粮添加不同水平的生物碱对肉牛生长性能、组织器官重量及胴体性状的影响

摘  要:文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的生物碱对肉牛生长性能、组织器官重量及胴体性状的影响。试验将48头平均体重为(335.40±3.14)kg的荷斯坦肉牛随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头。对照组饲喂基础全混合日粮,处理1和处理2组饲喂基础全混合日粮+2和4 g/kg生物碱,饲养试验持续12 w。结果:2 g/kg生物碱组肉牛在1~42 d料重比较对照组和4 g/kg生物碱分别显著降低2.05%和2.05%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,2 g/kg生物碱组肉牛肺相对重量显著提高10.23%(P<0.05),而2和4 g/kg生物碱组肉牛瘤胃/网胃值、皮相对重量分别显著提高15.68%、12.87%和8.16%、6.60%(P<0.05)。日粮肉碱添加水平对肉牛大部分胴体性状的影响无显著差异(P>0.05),但与对照组相比,2 g/kg生物碱组肉牛屠宰率和胴体长度分别显著提高4.98%和3.96%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加2 g/kg生物碱可以改善肉牛前期的饲料效率,提高肺和皮相对重量及屠宰率。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of alkaloid supplementation on growth performance,tissue and organ weight and carcass traits of beef cattle.Forty~eight Holstein beef cattle with an average body weight of(335.40±3.14)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 cows per replicate.The control group was fed the basal total mixed diet,and the others in treatment groups 1 and 2 were fed the basal total mixed diet+2 and 4 g/kg alkaloids.The feeding experiment lasted for 12 weeks.Results:Compared with control group and 4 g/kg alkaloid group,feed/gain of beef cattle in 2 g/kg alkaloid group was significantly decreased by 2.05%and 2.05%(P<0.05)during 1~42 days,respectively.Compared with the control group,lung relative weight of beef cattle in 2 g/kg alkaloid group was significantly increased by 10.23%(P<0.05),rumen/renet stomach value and skin relative weight of beef cattle in 2 and 4 g/kg alkaloid groups were significantly increased by 15.68%,12.87%and 8.16%,6.60%(P<0.05),respectively.However,compared with the control group,the slaughter percentage and carcass length in 2 g/kg alkaloid group were significantly increased by 4.98%and 3.96%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:Under this experimental condition,dietary addition of 2 g/kg alkaloid can improve the feed efficiency,relative weight of lung and skin and slaughter rate of beef cattle in early stage.
