摘　　要：科学技术的迅猛发展推动了数字经济时代的到来,与传统的经济模式相比,数字经济在饲料企业的饲料管理、生产组织、产品流通等方面产生了根本性的转变,进而数字经济时代对饲料企业生物技术人才提出了开展创新创业教育的要求,建立良性的生态平衡圈。本文从饲料企业生物技术人才创新创业的现状分析入手,提出数字经济时代饲料企业生物技术人才面临的诸多挑战,包括专业的饲料企业生物技术人才断层、饲料企业生物技术人才环境落后、饲料产业数字化转型指南困难等问题,深入挖掘饲料企业生物技术人才创新创业生态系统模式,积极响应双创教育的号召,实现了为饲料企业生物技术培养优质人才的最终目标。The rapid development of Science and Technology has promoted the arrival of the Digital Economy Era.Compared with the traditional economic model,the digital economy has brought about a fundamental change in the aspects of feed management,production organization,product circulation and so on,furthermore,in the Digital Economy era,it is necessary for biotechnology talents in feed enterprises to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education and establish a benign balance of nature circle.Based on the analysis of the status quo of innovation and Entrepreneurship of biotechnology talents in feed enterprises,this paper puts forward the challenges faced by biotechnology talents in feed enterprises in the Digital Economy era,including the problems such as the shortage of professional bio-technical personnel in feed enterprises,the backward environment of bio-technical personnel in feed enterprises,and the difficulties in the guide for the digital transformation of feed industry,deeply excavate the bio-technology talents of feed enterprises,innovate the mode of start-up ecosystem,this paper probes into a series of relevant solutions,such as perfecting the training mode of biotechnology talents in the whole link,constructing the management system of innovative and pioneering biotechnology schools,and building a digital government to precisely empower the feed industry,we should actively respond to the call of Shuangchuang education to realize the ultimate goal of cultivating high-quality talents for the biotechnology of feed enterprises.
