摘 要:基于聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)树脂热分析结果,通过正交试验快速优化了玻璃纤维布增强PTFE复合基板(相对介电常数约为2.55)的层压工艺,提升了板材的综合性能。最优层压工艺条件为:升温速率3℃/min,最高温度段的温度375℃,压力5~6 MPa,保温时间3 h,降温速率1℃/min。该基板主要性能与2种进口覆铜板相当。Based on the results of thermal analysis of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)resin,lamination process of a PTFE composite laminate with relative dielectric constant about 2.55 reinforced with glass fiber cloth has been optimized rapidly via orthogonal test,and comprehensive properties of the laminate have been improved.The optimal condition of lamination process includes the heating rate is 3℃/min;the temperature is 375℃,the pressure is 5~6 MPa and the holding time is 3 h in the segment using the highest temperature,the cooling rate is 1℃/min.Main performances of the laminate and two kinds of imported laminates are at a comparable level.
