摘　　要：我国核桃产业快速发展,种类繁多,青果皮和果肉成熟时间不一致,青核桃上市时间提前,对脱皮技术要求更高。概述青核桃力学特性研究理论,归纳总结脱皮技术及研究方法,阐述青核桃脱皮装置类型,分析现有装备的研究现状,对我国青核桃脱皮装备发展进行讨论,为青核桃脱皮装备的进一步改进和研制提供参考。Walnut industry in China is developing rapidly,there are many kinds of walnut;yet the mature time of green peel and flesh is inconsistent,and the market time of green walnut is earlier,so the requirements for peeling technology are higher.In this paper,the research theory of mechanical properties of green walnut is summarized,as well as the peeling technology and research methods;the types of green walnut peeling devices are expounded,the current research status of existing equipment is analyzed,and the development of green walnut peeling equipment in China is discussed.It provides reference for the further improvement and development of green walnut peeling equipment.
