日粮添加虾青素对种蛋孵化效果的影响

摘　　要：为研究父母代蛋鸡在饲料中添加虾青素对种蛋孵化的影响,在相同饲养条件下,选取24周龄体重相近的健康海兰褐种蛋鸡1800只,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复45只。Ⅰ组为对照组,不添加虾青素,喂基础饲料;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础饲料中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的虾青素。饲喂8周,第32周龄结束后,进行人工授精。授精后第2天,每组随机抽取4000枚种蛋进行孵化。结果表明:试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组受精率分别较对照组提高1.18%(P>0.05)、3.55%(P<0.05)、6.24%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组孵化率分别较对照组提高1.86%(P>0.05)、6.55%(P<0.05)、12.56%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组健雏率分别较对照组提高1.16%(P>0.05)、2.08%(P<0.05)、4.50%(P<0.05)。结果提示,日粮添加虾青素可提高种蛋的受精率、孵化率和健雏率,且添加1.5%的虾青素孵化效果最理想。The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of astaxanthin on hatching of parent laying hens.Under the same feeding conditions,a total of 1800 healthy hyline brown laying hens with similar body weight at 24 weeks old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 45 in each replicate.GroupⅠwas the control group,without astaxanthin,and fed the basic diet;groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwere the experimental groups,with astaxanthin content of 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%added to the basic diet respectively.After feeding for 8 weeks,artificial insemination was performed at the end of the 32nd week-old.Two days after insemination,4000 eggs were randomly selected from each group for hatching.The results showed that the fertilization rates of groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere 1.18%(P>0.05),3.55%(P<0.05)and 6.24%(P<0.05)higher than that of groupⅠ,respectively;the hatching rates of groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere 1.86%(P>0.05),6.55%(P<0.05)and 12.56%(P<0.05)higher than that of groupⅠ;the healthy chick rates of groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere 1.16%(P>0.05),2.08%(P<0.05)and 4.50%(P<0.05)higher than that of groupⅠ.The results indicated that the fertilization rate,hatching rate and healthy young rate of breeding eggs could be improved by adding astaxanthin to the diet,and the hatching effect of 1.5%astaxanthin was the best.
