摘 要:2CaO·SiO_(2)-3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)固溶体的生成可提高转炉渣的脱磷能力,也有利于渣中磷的回收,但目前多元渣系中各组元活度的变化规律还不清楚,无法具体分析2CaO·SiO_(2)-3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)含磷固溶体的形成机理。为此,本文建立了CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-P_(2)O_(5)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)渣系的活度计算模型,依据离子分子共存理论分析影响2CaO·SiO_(2)-3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)固溶体生成的组元活度变化规律。结果表明,随着渣中MnO、FeO、Al_(2)O_(3)含量及温度的升高,2CaO·SiO_(2)的活度逐渐降低,对2CaO·SiO_(2)-3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)的生成造成不利的影响;随着炉渣碱度的升高,渣中的2CaO·SiO_(2)、3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)活度呈升高的趋势,可促进2CaO·SiO_(2)-3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)的生成。The formation of 2 CaO·SiO_(2)-3 CaO·P_(2)O_(5)solid solution can improve the dephosphori zation ability of converter slag,and it is also conducive to the recovery of phosphorus in slag.However,the change rule of activity of each component in multi-component slag system is not clear,so the formation mechanism of 2 CaO·SiO_(2)-3 CaO·P_(2)O_(5)solid solution cannot be analyzed in detail.In this paper,the activity calculation model of CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-P_(2)O_(5)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)slag system is established,and the activity variation law of the components influencing the formation of 2 CaO·SiO_(2)-3 CaO·P_(2)O_(5)solid solution is analyzed according to the ion molecule coexistence theory.The results show that the activity of 2 CaO·SiO_(2)decreases with the increase of MnO,FeO,Al_(2)O_(3)content and temperature,which has a negative effect on the formation of 2 CaO·SiO_(2)-3 CaO·P_(2)O_(5);With the increase of slag basicity,the activity of 2 CaO·SiO_(2)and 3 CaO·P_(2)O_(5)in slag increases,which can promote the formation of 2 CaO·SiO_(2)-3 CaO·P_(2)O_(5).
