摘 要:目的:评估徐州市2020年儿童和孕妇群体碘营养水平。方法:在徐州市8个"非高碘"县(市、区)开展监测,每个县(市、区)抽取5个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取40名8~10周岁儿童和20名孕妇作为调查对象,儿童测量身高、体重、尿样、触诊甲状腺大小、测定盐碘含量;孕妇测定尿样及家庭食用盐碘含量。结果:碘盐定量监测2400份,合格2194份,碘盐覆盖率为95.63%,所有监测地区碘盐覆盖率均>90%,合格碘盐覆盖率为91.42%,除鼓楼区、泉山区,其余6个县(市、区)合格碘盐覆盖率均>90%。2400份碘盐样本的碘含量为(22.11±5.83)mg/kg。8~10周岁儿童触诊甲状腺肿大率为0.69%,B超检查甲状腺肿大率2.50%。儿童尿样1600份,尿碘中位数为283.05μg/L,4个监测地区8~10周岁儿童尿碘中位数处于过量水平。共检测孕妇尿样800份,尿碘中位数为185.13μg/L,鼓楼区、新沂市孕妇尿碘中位数分别为140.01和109.65μg/L,处于缺乏水平,其他6个监测县(市、区)孕妇尿碘中位数处于适宜水平。结论:监测的8个县(市、区)均达到"十三五"终期碘缺乏消除标准。徐州市持续保持碘缺乏病消除状态,有部分地区8~10周岁儿童尿碘中位数处于过量水平,但尚有部分县(市、区)孕妇尿碘中位数处于碘缺乏水平。Objective To assess the iodine nutritional status among children and pregnant women in Xuzhou in 2020.Methods Monitoring was carried out in 8"non-high iodine"counties(cities,districts)in Xuzhou,and 5 townships were selected from each county.There were 40 children aged 8-10 and 20 pregnant women selected as survey subjects in each township.Height,weight,urine sample,the size of the thyroid gland,the salt iodine of children were determined.For pregnant women,the urine sample and the salt iodine of the family were determined.Results A total of 2400 samples of iodized salt were quantitatively monitored,of which 2194 samples were qualified.The coverage rate of iodized salt was 95.63%,and the coverage rates of iodized salt in all monitored areas were>90%.The coverage rate of qualified iodized salt was 91.42%.Except Gulou District and Quanshan District,the coverage rates of qualified iodized salt in the rest 6 counties were all>90%.The average level of iodine in 2400 samples was(22.11±5.83)mg/kg.The rates of goiter by palpation and B-uhrasound in children aged 8-10 were 0.69%and 2.50%,respectively.There were 1600 urine samples for children,with a median urinary iodine of 283.05 μg/L.The median urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 in 4 monitoring areas was at an excessive level.A total of 800 urine samples of pregnant women were tested,and the median urine iodine was 185.13μg/L.The levels of median urine iodine of pregnant women in Gulou District and Xinyi City were 140.01 μg/L and 109.65(μg/L,respectively,which were at an iodine deficiency level.The median urinary iodine of pregnant women in the other 6 monitored counties was at an appropriate level.Conclusions The monitored 8 counties have reached the iodine deficiency elimination standard at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan Period.Xuzhou City continues to maintain the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.The median urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 in some areas is at an excessive level,but there are still some counties where the median urinary iodine
