摘  要:为选育性能优良的蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)生产菌株,对从山东省野外采集的36株蛹虫草标本进行了菌株分离和栽培试验,从中筛选得到1株高生物转化率菌株YC05和2株高虫草素含量菌株YC03、YC04。用钩悬法收集3株菌株子实体产生的子囊孢子,进行单孢杂交,从杂交子中初步选育出了15株出草菌株。通过栽培试验,比较了15株杂交菌株的生物转化率、虫草素、腺苷指标,其中YC4311、YC4315菌株的虫草素含量高于亲本,YC4308、YC4313、YC4521菌株的生物转化率高于亲本。因此,蛹虫草子囊孢子的单孢杂交是蛹虫草生产性育种的有效手段。In order to breed excellent Cordyceps militaris production strains,36 C.militaris specimens collected from the field in Shandong province were tested for strain isolation and cultivation.One strain with high bioconversion rate(YC05)and two strains with high cordycepin productivity(YC03,YC04)were screened.Ascospores collected from 3 different fruiting body with hook-hanging method were used for single ascospore hybrid,and 15 fruiting body producing strains were screened from the hybrids.Cultivating indicators(bioconversion rate,cordycepin and adenosine)were compared and analyzed based on cultivation test,2 strains(YC4311,YC4315)have higher cordycepin content than parents,and 3 strains(YC4308,YC4313,YC4521)have higher bioconversion rate than parents.Thus,single ascospore hybrid is a effective method for breeding C.militaris strains used for cultivation.
