健脾散结方治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿痰湿内阻型临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脾散结方治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法将74例睑板腺囊肿患儿按照动态随机最小化法分为2组,对照组37例予热敷按摩配合局部抗生素治疗,治疗组37例在对照组治疗基础上加用健脾散结方口服治疗。2组均治疗28 d,疗程结束后6个月随访。比较2组治疗前及治疗14、28 d最大囊肿最长径;比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分变化;观察2组随访时复发情况。结果2组治疗14、28 d最大囊肿最长径均较本组治疗前减小(P<0.05),治疗28 d最大囊肿最长径均较治疗14 d减小(P<0.05);治疗组治疗14、28 d最大囊肿最长径均小于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率97.3%(36/37),对照组总有效率89.2%(33/37),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候各项评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为0,对照组复发率50.0%(5/10),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾散结方治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿,能缩小患儿睑板腺囊肿,改善中医证候,降低复发率,近期、远期疗效肯定。ObjectiveTo observe clinical efficacy of Jianpi Sanjie Formula for chalazionin children.MethodsA total of 74 children with chalazionwere randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in control group were treated with hot compress massage combined with local antibiotics,and 37 cases in treatment group were treated with Jianpi Sanjie Formula on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days,follow-up were performed during 6 monthsaftertreatment.The longest diameter of Maximum cyst,curative effect and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and recurrence between groups was comparedbeforetreatment and after 14,28 days of treatment.ResultsCompared with before treatment,the longest diameter of Maximum cystin groups was lower after 14,28 days(P<0.05),which in treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);compared with 14 days after treatment,which in groups was significantly lower after 28 days of treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rates in treatment group were better than those in control group[97.3%(36/37)vs 89.2%(33/37),(P<0.05),respectively].Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome scores in groups were lowerafter treatment(P<0.05),which in treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Recurrence in treatment group was lower than that in control group[0 vs 50.0%(5/10),(P<0.05),respectively].ConclusionForchalazionin children,Jianpi Sanjie Formula can reduce the size,improve TCM syndromes,reduce recurrence,and has short-term and long-term efficacy.
