摘　　要：脑淀粉样血管病是指淀粉样物质在大脑皮层和软脑膜小动脉及毛细血管过量沉积,导致血管功能障碍和脑实质损伤的一类神经系统疾病,在老年人群中发病率较高。本文对脑淀粉样血管病的流行病学、发病机制、病理改变、临床表现、辅助检查及相关表现、诊断标准以及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述,希望提高该病的临床识别率以及合理治疗率。Cerebral amyloid angiopathy(CAA)is characterized by the pathological deposition of amyloidβ-protein in the media and adventitia of small arteries in the cortex and leptomeninges,which often causes vascular dysfunction and brain parenchyma damage.CAA is common in the elderly.This article reviews the progress in the epidemiology,pathogenesis,pathological changes,clinical manifestations,clinical imaging manifestations,diagnostic criteria,and treatment of CAA,to improve the clinical recognition and rational therapy.
