摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪多糖注射液对晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年12月江西省妇幼保健院收治的晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组进行采用紫杉醇白蛋白结合型和洛铂治疗,在对照组基础上,试验组加用黄芪多糖治疗,连续治疗4个周期。比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能及安全性。结果:两组疗效相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,毒副反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在晚期卵巢上皮性癌患者紫杉醇白蛋白结合型^(+)洛铂治疗基础上,加用黄芪多糖注射液能够改善免疫功能,提高治疗安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of astragalus polysaccharide injection on the immune function of patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:Seventy patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paclitaxel albumin-binding and lobaplatin.On the basis of the control group,the test group was treated with astragalus polysaccharide for 4 consecutive cycles.The treatment effect,immune function and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the test group were higher than those in the control group,CD8^(+) was lower than the control group,and the incidence of side effects was lower than that in the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of paclitaxel-albumin-bound and lobaplatin treatment in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer,the addition of astragalus polysaccharide injection can improve immune function and improve the safety of treatment.
