摘　　要：高校要做好实践教学,提高工程硕士的工程实践能力和职业素养,关键是要抓好专业实践。专业实践是指拓展知识、提升能力和提高职业素养的一项实践活动,包括专业实践类课程教学和工程实践两个方面的内容。文章分析了全日制工程硕士专业实践中存在的主要问题及其成因,从精心设计工程硕士专业实践的校内外方案,构建工程硕士专业实践的协同机制,健全和完善专业实践的制度建设等方面提出改进措施。It is of crucial importance to focus on the professional practice in improving the practical engineering ability and the professional quality of engineering masters.Professional practice refers to a practical activity that expands knowledge,enhances ability,and improves professional quality,which includes the two aspects of teaching professional practice courses and the engineering practice.This study analyzes the main problems and their causes in the professional practice of FME,and puts forward the improvement measures from these aspects:carefully designing the internal and external plans,constructing the cooperative mechanisms and perfecting the systematic construction of the professional practice of FME.
