肾上腺肿瘤行经腹腔入路腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析肾上腺肿瘤行经腹腔入路腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的临床疗效以及安全性。方法50例肾上腺肿瘤患者于2016年1月至2019年1月期间在我院接受治疗,根据患者的治疗模式分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组采取传统手术治疗,观察组采取行经腹腔入路腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗,分析两组手术效果、安全性。结果对照组手术成功率为85.00%,并发症为20.00%;观察组手术成功率为100.00%,并发症为3.33%,两组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、术后引流时间短于对照组(P<0.05),两组手术时间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论经腹腔入路腹腔镜肾上腺切除术治疗肾上腺肿瘤疗效显著,安全性高,可考虑作为肾上腺肿瘤的首选方式。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic adrenal resection for adrenal tumors.Methods Fifty patients with adrenal tumors were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.According to the patient's treatment model,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic adrenal resection via abdominal approach.The results and safety of the two groups were analyzed.Results The success rate of the control group was 85.00% and the complication was 20.00%,the surgical success rate of the observation group was 100.00%,the complication was 3.33%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic adrenalectomy via abdominal cavity approach is effective and safe for the treatment of adrenal tumors.It can be considered as the first choice for adrenal tumors.
