摘　　要：目的疾病控制机构卫生微生物检验质量与控制管理分析。方法选择本疾控中心于2020年1~12月检验科工作人员共10名,进行微生物检验共400次,其中2020年6月之前未实施质量管理,2020年6月之后实施质量管理控制管理措施。对比在实施管理措施前后的检验效果,并对在检测过程中可能影响微生物检验质量的因素进行统计和分析,且予以相应的总结和分析。结果本次所选400例卫生微生物检验结果的研究对象中,影响微生物检验质量的因素主要包括检验人员素质、设备配置、检验环境及检验结果,其中占比最多的为检验人员素质和设备配置;在实施质量管理制度后的试剂掌握度、操作能力以及培养基处理效果均得到显著提升,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疾病控制机构卫生微生物检验质量与控制管理中,需增强对工作人员的专业知识培训,并对实验室卫生及后期维护等制定标准的规章制度,提升实验室检验质量。Objective To analyze the quality and control management of microbiological examination in disease control institutions.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,a total of 10 laboratory staff of the CDC were selected to conduct microbiological tests for 400 times,of which the quality management was not implemented before June 2020,and the quality management control measures were implemented after June 2020.Compare the effect of practical application before and after the implementation of management measures,and make statistics and analysis on the factors that may affect the quality of microbiological testing in the detection process,and make corresponding summary and analysis.Results Among the 400 selected subjects,the factors affecting the quality of microbiological test mainly include the quality of the test personnel,equipment configuration,test environment,and test results,of which the quality of the test personnel and equipment configuration account for the largest proportion.After the implementation of the quality management system,the reagent mastery,operation ability,and the effect of medium treatment were significantly improved,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the quality and control management of microbiological examination in disease control institutions,it is also necessary to strengthen the professional knowledge training of staff,and formulate standard rules and regulations for laboratory hygiene and later maintenance,so as to improve the quality of laboratory examination.
