摘 要:目的探究互动式健康教育在溃疡性结肠炎的护理效果。方法选取58例在抚顺中医院接收溃疡性结肠炎治疗的患者为研究对象,时间为2018年6月至2020年6月,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行互动式健康教育,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组肠道症状、全身症状、社会功能及情感职能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度(93.10%)明显高于对照组(75.86%)(P<0.05)。结论对溃疡性结肠炎患者行互动式健康教育能够提高患者生活质量和护理满意度,改善炎性因子水平,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the nursing effect of interactive health education in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 58 patients who received ulcerative colitis in our hospital were enrolled in the study,from June 2018 to June 2020.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=29)and control group(n=29).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group performed interactive health education to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The scores of intestinal symptoms,systemic symptoms,social function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was 93.10%,and that of the control group was 75.86%,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education for patients with ulcerative colitis can improve patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and improve the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
