摘  要:四氢生物喋呤(BH4)是多种氨基酸代谢酶的重要辅助因子,其生物学活性涉及物质代谢、能量转化、神经递质合成等多个方面,是维持体内氧化还原平衡的重要分子。机体内一系列病理生理过程均有BH4的调控和参与。体内BH4水平变化会破坏代谢稳态,导致功能障碍,从而引发疾病。因此,明确BH4在不同病理生理过程中所发挥的效应,有助于发现相关疾病的治疗靶点。本文主要就BH4代谢紊乱在心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、代谢性疾病、疼痛以及肿瘤等方面的作用进行综述,以期为相关疾病的诊疗提供理论依据。Tetrahydrobiopterin(BH4)is an important cofactor for a variety of amino acid metabolism enzymes.Its biological activity involves material metabolism,energy conversion,neurotransmitter synthesis and other aspects.It is an important molecule to maintain the redox balance in the body.A series of pathophysiological processes in the body are regulated and participated by BH4.Changes in the level of BH4 in the body can disrupt metabolic homeostasis,cause dysfunction,and cause disease.Therefore,clarifying the effects of BH4 in different pathophysiological processes will help to find therapeutic targets for related diseases.This article mainly reviews the role of BH4 metabolic disorders and cardiovascular diseases,neurological diseases,metabolic diseases,pain and tumors,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
