摘 要:主动脉瘤是主动脉壁结构损害导致的主动脉局部或弥漫性的异常扩张、撕裂或破裂。免疫炎症反应是参与主动脉瘤形成的重要机制,参与免疫炎症通路激活的基因及其多态性可能在主动脉瘤发生、发展中起着关键的作用。本文就主动脉瘤相关通路的基因多态性研究进展做一综述,为进一步理解主动脉瘤的病理生理学基础、寻找有效的治疗方案提供依据。An aortic aneurysm is a local or diffuse abnormal dilation, tear or rupture of the aorta caused by structural damage of the aortic wall. Immune inflammatory response is an important mechanism involved in the formation of aortic aneurysm. Genes and their polymorphisms involved in the activation of immune inflammatory pathway may play a key role in the occurrence and development of aortic aneurysm. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of gene polymorphism of aortic aneurysm-related pathway, in order to further understand the pathophysiological basis of aortic aneurysm and find effective treatment.
