摘  要:微生物是岸边带生态系统的重要组成部分。文中以宁夏第三排水沟5个不同类型护坡的岸边带作为研究对象,采集土壤样品测定理化性质,结合硝化速率潜势分析岸边带土壤微生物多样性及影响因素。结果表明:5个岸边带土壤中共检测出细菌46门,149纲,363目,623科,1229属。5个样点的菌群数量和种类存在差异,各采样点丰度前三的优势菌群均为变形菌门、放线菌门和厚壁菌门。裸地护坡的岸边带土壤微生物OUT数和Ace、Chao指数均明显低于其余护坡类型。TP对"自然土壤+植被"和"生态砖+植被"护坡的岸边带微生物群落有较大影响;碳氮比对"石头+植被"护坡的岸边带微生物群落有较大影响;裸地护坡的岸边带微生物群落主要受到电导率和氨氮影响。植物根系耗氧和土壤微生物丰富度均对土壤硝化速率潜势产生影响,岸边带土壤的硝化速率潜势范围0.03mg/(kg·h)~0.124mg/(kg·h)。人工修建和完善护坡提高了岸边带土壤的生态系统功能。Microorganism is an important part of ecosystem in riparian zone.In this study,five different types of slope protection zones of The Third Drainage Ditch in Ningxia were taken as the research objects.Soil samples were collected to determine the physical and chemical properties.Combined with the nitrification potential rate,soil microbial diversity and influencing factors in the riparian zone were analyzed.The results show that 46 phyla,149 classes,363 orders,623 families and 1229 genera of bacteria were detected in the soil of 5 riparian zones.The number and species of microorganism are different among the five sampling sites.The top three dominant phyla are Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria and Firmicutes.TP has a great influence on the microbial community of"natural soil+vegetation"slope and"ecological brick+vegetation"slope.The C/N ratio has a great influence on the microbial community in the slope protection zone of"stone+vegetation".Electrical conductivity and ammonia are the main factors affecting the microbial community in the riparian zone of bare slope protection.Plant root oxygen consumption and soil microbial richness have effects on soil potential nitrification rate.Human-induced slope has enhanced the ecological function of the riparian zones.
