摘 要:目的比较不同方法提取白头婆叶挥发油成分的差异。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法、索氏提取法、超声辅助提取法提取白头婆叶挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)并结合保留指数对这3种方法获得的白头婆叶挥发油进行成分分析。结果水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油鉴定出56种化合物(相对百分含量为93.49%),主要为烯烃类;索氏提取法提取的挥发油鉴定出48种(相对百分含量为92.19%),主要为烯烃和酯类;超声辅助萃取法提取的挥发油鉴定出38种(相对百分含量为91.49%),主要为烯烃和酯类。白头婆叶挥发油主要成分为β-石竹烯(18.35%)、律草烯(5.65%)、大香叶烯D(6.95%)、β-倍半水芹烯(10.30%)、2-异丙基-5-甲基苯基-2-甲基丁烯-2-烯酸酯(13.38%)、香豆素(4.51%)。结论不同提取方法提取的白头婆叶挥发油成分有较大差异,可为提取挥发油选择合适的提取方法或多种方法联合提供参考依据。Objective To compare the differences of volatile oil components from the leaves of Eupatorium Japonicum Thunb extracted by different methods.Methods The volatile oil from the leaves of Eupatorium Japonicum Thunb was extracted by steam distillation, Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction.The components of the volatile oil from the leaves of Eupatorium Japonicum Thunb were analyzed by GC-MS with retention index.Results The volatile oil extracted by steam distillation identified 56 compounds(relative percentage 93.49%),mainly olefins;the volatile oil extracted by Soxhlet method identified 48 compounds(relative percentage 92.19%),mainly Olefins and esters;38 kinds of volatile oil extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method(relative percentage 91.49%) were identified, mainly olefins and esters.The main components from the leaves of Eupatorium Japonicum Thunb were β-caryophyllene(18.35%),humulene(5.65%),germacrene D(6.95%),β-sesquiterpene(10.30%),2-isopropyl-5-methylphenyl-2-methylbutene-2-oleate(13.38%) and coumarin(4.51%).Conclusion The components of the volatile oil of Eupatorium Japonicum Thunb leaves extracted by different extraction methods are quite different, which can provide a reference for the selection of suitable extraction methods or a combination of multiple methods for the extraction of volatile oil.
