骨科日间手术医护一体化管理流程学习曲线研究

摘　　要：为推进日间手术的开展,通过业务流程再造技术,建立了骨科日间手术医护一体化管理流程,并在临床实践中加以应用和检验。回顾2018年4月1日至2019年8月30日可以实施日间手术的405名患者的临床资料,分析骨科日间手术医护一体化管理流程的学习曲线规律,对影响骨科日间手术医护一体化管理流程影响因素进行单因素分析和logistic回归分析。研究结果表明:骨科日间手术医护一体化管理流程的学习曲线自2018年8月进入成熟期,要进一步提升日间手术实施成功率,需要从患者年龄、麻醉方式、手术级别等方面进一步优化医护一体化管理流程。In order to promote the development of day surgery,the doctor-nurse integrated management process of day surgery in orthopedic department has been established through process reengineering technology,applied and tested in clinical practice.By reviewing the clinical data of 405 patients who could be evaluated for day surgery from April 1,2018 to August 30,2019,we analyzed the learning curve of doctor-nurse integrated management process of day surgery in orthopedic department,and conducted univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis on the influencing factors of the integrated management process of day surgery.The results show the learning curve of the integrated management process of orthopedic day surgery has entered the mature stage since August 2018;to further improve the success rate of day surgery,it is necessary to optimize the doctor-nurse integrated management process of day surgery from the aspects of patient age,anesthesia method,surgical level,and so on.
