摘　　要：企业运营管理水平的高低直接影响着企业未来的发展和企业的生命力,如何提升企业运营管理水平是企业获得长久生存发展必须要考虑和解决的难题。本论文主要从管理指标逻辑关系的梳理、管理指标体系的建立等方面,实现指标的预警、报警及响应闭环的全过程控制,助力企业的管理模式升级。The level of enterprise operation and management directly affects the future development of the enterprise and the vitality of the enterprise.How to improve the level of enterprise operation and management is a problem that must be considered and solved for enterprises to achieve long-term survival and development.This thesis mainly focuses on sorting out the logical relationship of management indicators and establishing the management indicator system to realize the whole-process control of early warning,alarm and response of indicators,and to help upgrade the management model of the enterprise.
