摘  要:本文制备了2种中空玻璃微珠填充的低密度型PVC焊缝密封胶并对其进行了密度稳定性、理化、力学和施工性能研究分析。与普通型PVC焊缝密封胶相比,适量中空玻璃微珠的添加显著提高了PVC焊缝密封胶的硬度、剪切强度和拉伸强度,能有效改善因涂胶区域钣金变形导致的胶体开裂问题。由于过量的玻璃微珠填充对胶体粘度、柔韧性和断裂伸长率有一定影响,低密度型PVC焊缝密封胶的选型需要平衡施工性能和轻量化效果,在保证车身涂胶密封性能的前提下,凸显其轻量化优势。In this paper,two kinds of low-density PVC weld sealant filled with hollow glass microspheres were prepared,and the density stability,physics and chemistry,mechanics and construction performance were studied and analyzed.Compared with ordinary PVC weld sealant,the addition of appropriate amount of hollow glass beads significantly improves the hardness,shear strength and tensile strength of PVC weld sealant,and can effectively improve the colloid cracking problem caused by the deformation of the sheet metal in the glued area.Due to the excessive filling of glass beads has a certain influence on the viscosity,flexibility and elongation at break of the colloid,the selection of low-density PVC weld sealant needs to balance the construction performance and lightweight effect,and ensure the sealing performance of the car body highlighting its lightweight advantages under the premise.
