养胃清热化瘀汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养胃清热化瘀汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴肠上皮化生、不典型增生患者的临床疗效及对患者病理表现的影响。方法:将200例CAG患者分为两组,治疗组103例,给予养胃清热化瘀汤加减治疗,对照组97例,给予胃复春片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、胃黏膜病理表现。结果:治疗组临床总有效率91.26%高于对照组80.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在萎缩、肠上皮化生、不典型增生的病理表现改善方面,总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:养胃清热化瘀汤治疗CAG疗效较好,可改善患者胃黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生、不典型增生的病理表现。Objective:To investigate effect of Yangwei Qingre Huayu decoction on clinical symptoms and pathological outcomes of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)associated with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.Methods:200 cases of CAG were divided into two groups,103 cases in the treatment group given Yangwei Qingre Huayu decoction,and 97 cases in the control group treated with Weifuchun tablets.Clinical efficacy and pathological manifestations of gastric mucosa were compared between the two groups.Results:Total clinical effective rate was 91.3%in the treatment group higher than that in the control group 80.41%,statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangwei Qingre Huayu decoction has better effect on CAG,and improve pathological state of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia.
