摘　　要：根据我国对高层次研究生教育的要求,立足理工科院校学术英语能力培养,探索“协同教学”的内涵、学术英语教学团队的设计及教师角色分工、“协同教学”模式的突出优势,以及目前学术英语“协同教学”所面临的挑战,试图为理工科院校研究生学术英语教育者提供一些教学模式启示,从而为更好地培养能围绕国际学术前沿、利用国内国际两方面资源的优质创新人才进一步打好基础。As required by EAP competency development in high-level graduate education,this paper explores the implication of"team teaching",its advantages and the challenges faced in practice.On this basis,the structure design of teaching team is further analyzed,along with the task allocation and coordination for all teachers involved,aiming to provide enlightenment for graduate education in terms of teaching mode and lay a solid foundation for talents cultivation.
