摘　　要：1937年,国民政府护送九世班禅返藏失败。1951年,在中国共产党和毛主席的英明决策正确领导下,十世班禅顺利进藏,重新获得班禅系统固有地位,解决了西藏内部问题,促进了西藏内部民族团结,巩固了西南边防,维护了祖国统一。In 1937,the National Government failed to escort the 9th Panchen Lama to Tibet.In 1951,under the right leadership of the Communist Party of China and Chairman Mao,the 10th Panchen Lama successfully entered Tibet;regained the inherent position and authority of the Panchen system;solved the internal problems in Tibet,promoted the national unity within Tibet;consolidated the southwest border and maintained the reunification of the motherland.
