摘  要:目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂模式在神经病学教学中的应用效果。方法选取广西中医药大学2016级临床专业共86人为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各43人,试验组采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。学期末分别采用理论、实践技能、问卷调查等考核方式进行翻转课堂教学方法和传统教学方法教学效果的评价。结果在理论、技能考核评价上,试验组得分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生的教学满意度、对神经病学学习兴趣、自主学习能力、团队协作能力等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式有利于提高神经病学教学质量,提高学生学习兴趣,提升综合理论及临床操作技能水平。Objective To explore the effect of the teaching method of flipped classroom based on micro-teaching in neurology teaching.Methods A total of 86 students majoring in clinical medicine from grade 2016 of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,each group has 43 students.The experimental group was taught by flipped classroom based on micro-teaching method.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode.At the end of the period,using written assessment,clinical practice skills assessment and questionnaire survey,the teaching effects of flipped classroom were evaluated in comparison with the conventional teaching methods.Results In terms of theory,skill evaluation,the scores of the flipped classroom based on micro-teaching group were significantly higher than those of the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).The test group was superior over the control group in the students'teaching satisfaction,interest in learning professional knowledge,self-learning ability,communication skills and teamwork(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with micro-teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect of neurology,students'learning interest,comprehensive theory,clinical skills and so on.
