摘 要:目的评估三维超声模拟器(three-dimensional ultrasound mentor,3D U/S Mentor)在产科技能培训中的教学效果。方法纳入2018年1月—12月在聊城市人民医院超声科进行住院医师规范化培训的24名住院医师,均为自愿报名参加。将所有参与者随机分为两组:3D U/S Mentor组及对照组。教学效果评估指标包括培训前后的基础知识笔试成绩、培训后的实际操作考核(包括获取图像质量和产科解剖结构识别)以及学员对教学模式的满意度测评。结果培训前两组笔试成绩差异无统计学意义,培训后差异有统计学意义。培训后两组获取图像质量的考核成绩及产科解剖结构识别成绩差异均有统计学意义。三组间满意度差异无统计学意义。结论3D U/SMentor的产科教学效果明显优于传统授课型培训模式。Objective To evaluate 3D U/S Mentor in skills training.Methods A prospective cohort of 24 residents who received standardized training in the ultrasound department of Liaocheng Municipal People's Hospital during January to December 2018 were enrolled in the program voluntarily.Participants were randomly divided into 2 groups,U/S Mentor group and control group.The evaluation index of teaching effect includes the written examination results of basic knowledge before and after training,the actual operation assessment for healthy volunteers after training including obtaining image quality and obstetric anatomical structure identification to evaluate the satisfaction of students with the teaching mode.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups before training,and there was statistical difference between the two groups after training.After training,there were significant differences between the two groups in the evaluation of image quality and the recognition of obstetric anatomy.There was no significant difference in satisfaction evaluation among the three groups.Conclusion The obstetric teaching effect of U/S Mentor simulator is obviously better than the traditional teaching training mode.
