人性化带教模式在妇产科临床带教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究在妇产科学临床带教中应用人性化教学法的效果。方法选取我院在2018年8月—2019年8月期间接收妇产科临床实习生104例,通过计算机表法分为试验组与参照组,每组各纳入52例,其分组规律要遵循同年毕业人数相同原则,按阶段入科进行培训。参照组实施传统带教模式,试验组实施人性化带教模式,对比两组实习生综合成绩、应变能力评分及带教模式满意度。结果试验组实习生综合成绩优于参照组(P<0.05),且试验组应变能力评分优于参照组(P<0.05),在试验组52例学生中,非常满意和比较满意例数为50,而参照组52例学生中,非常满意和比较满意例数为41,试验组对带教模式的满意度为96.15%明显高于参照组的78.85%,组间差距较明显,对比结果存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科学临床带教中应用人性化带教模式效果显著,能有效提高实习生综合成绩及应变能力,提升对临床带教的满意程度。Objective To explore the effect of humanized teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 104 cases of obstetrics and gynecology clinical interns in our hospital during August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by computer table method,with 52 cases in each group.The traditional teaching mode was implemented in the reference group,and the humanized teaching mode was implemented in the experimental group.The comprehensive performance,adaptability score and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive score of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The score of strain ability better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Among the 52 students in the experimental group,the number of very satisfied and relatively satisfied students was 50,while that of the reference group was 41.The satisfaction degree of teaching mode was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 78.85%of the reference group There were significant differences between the two groups,and the results were statistically significant.(χ^(2)=7.1209,P=0.0076)significance.Conclusion The application of humanized teaching mode in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology has significant effect,which can effectively improve the comprehensive performance and adaptability of interns,and improve the satisfaction degree of clinical teaching.
