降糖药物结合胰岛素治疗老年糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同降糖药物结合胰岛素治疗老年糖尿病的效果。方法本研究回顾分析本院2019年1月—12月期间收治100例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据不同治疗方案分为对照组(50例,阿卡波糖片联合胰岛素治疗)和试验组(50例,格列吡嗪控释片联合胰岛素治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组患者的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、体质量指数均明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组临床治疗的总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组(78.0%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者接受格列吡嗪控释片联合胰岛素治疗,降血糖效果更强,治疗总有效率更高,且未明显增加不良反应,从一定程度上保证老年糖尿病患者治疗的有效性和安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of different hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin in the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group(50 cases,Acarbose Tablets combined with insulin treatment)and experimental group(50 cases,glipizide controlled-release tablets combined with insulin treatment)according to different treatment schemes,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose level,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level and body mass index in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly diabetic patients receiving glipizide controlled-release tablets combined with insulin therapy have a stronger blood sugar lowering effect,higher overall treatment efficiency,and no significant increase in adverse reactions,which guarantees the effectiveness and safety of treatment for elderly diabetic patients to a certain extent.
