摘　　要：“军事理论课”是普通高校日常开展国防教育的主渠道、主阵地,是对大学生实现高校国防教功能育的主要手段。在“课程思政”大背景下,要不断追求提升学生国防意识和基本的军事理论素养为重点,以达到增强大学生的国防观念、培养大学生正确的国家安全观以及提高大学生综合素质的目标,就需要对建设“军事理论课”课程资源库进行分析和探索,并以此为基础不断推动高职院校“军事理论课”的课程建设,发挥“军事理论课”对新时代高职大学生的育人作用。Military theory course is the main channel and main position for ordinary colleges and universities to carry out national defense education,and it is also the main means to realize the functional education of national defense education for college students.Under the background of“curriculum ideological and political education”,it is necessary to constantly promote students'national defense consciousness and military literacy,to enhance students'national defense concept,national security consciousness and improve students'comprehensive quality.It is necessary to analyze and explore the construction of the course resource database of military theory courses,so as to continuously promote the course construction of military theory courses in higher vocational colleges and give full play to the educational role of military theory courses on higher vocational college students in the new era.
