抚通高速公路玳珉关隧道无机粉末复合纤维盖板的试验研究

摘　　要：抚通高速公路玳珉关隧道电缆沟人行道采用无机粉末复合纤维盖板,阐述了无机粉末复合纤维材料的原材料选择及配合比设计,介绍了盖板的生产工艺流程及力学性能试验方法。实践证明无机粉末复合纤维盖板高强轻质、高韧性,耐久性良好。The inorganic powder composite fiber cover plate used for the cover plate of cable trench sidewalk in Daiminguan tunnel of Futong Expressway is introduced,the raw material selection and mix proportion design of inorganic powder composite fiber material are elaborated,and the production process and the test method for mechanical property of cover plate are introduced.The application practice shows that the inorganic powder composite fiber cover plate has high strength,light weight,high toughness and good durability.
