摘  要:目的观察和分析比格犬下颌骨牙槽骨缺损植入3D打印多孔钛支架后的成骨效果。方法选取3只比格犬,拔除双侧下颌P1-M13个月,6侧下颌骨随机分为三组,A组(多孔钛支架),B组(多孔钛支架+覆盖Bio-Gide膜),C组(对照组)。设计10 mm×5 mm的牙槽骨缺损,植入3D打印多孔钛支架3个月后处死比格犬获取组织标本,制作硬组织磨片并染色后进行骨组织分析,记录骨体积分数、骨表面积和骨体积的比值、骨小梁厚度、骨小梁数量并进行统计学分析。结果组织标本及硬组织磨片可见支架内部大量新生骨组织形成,骨体积分数、骨小梁厚度、骨小梁数量均为B组>C组>A组,骨表面积和骨体积的比值为A组>C组>B组。A组、B组、C组测量值存在组间差异(P<0.05)。结论比格犬大面积牙槽骨缺损植入3D打印多孔钛支架后,可以精确稳定形成新生骨组织。Objective To investigate the osteogenic effect of 3D printed Ti porous scaffold in beagle dogs.Methods Three beagle dogs were randomly divided into three groups,group A(Ti porous scaffold),group B(Ti porous scaffold+BioGide membrane)and group C(control group).Three months later,Beagle dogs were killed to obtain tissue samples.The hard tissue grinding slices were made and stained.The bone tissue analysis was performed by software,and BV/TV,BS/BV,Tb.Th and TB.N were analyzed.Results BV/TV,Tb.Th and TB.N were greater in group B than in group C and A,BS/BV was greater in group A than in C and B.Conclusions 3D printing Ti porous scaffold can accurately and stably form new bone tissue in large alveolar bone defect of beagle dogs.
