摘　　要：随着环境的复杂多变,强化对绿色供应链的管理成为推进经济社会可持续发展的重要基础,而绿色供应链管理的影响因素较多,管理难度较大。文中主要从三重底线理论的角度出发,对供应链管理的影响因素进行分析,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议,以全面强化绿色供应链管理能力。With the complex and changeable environment,strengthening the management of green supply chain has become an important basis for promoting the sustainable development of economy and society,and the green supply chain management has many influencing factors and is difficult to manage.From the perspective of triple bottom line theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of supply chain management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis,so as to comprehensively strengthen the green supply chain management ability.
