摘 要:崇高的理想信念是高校教师的核心素养,也是高校要综合考量并着重解决的重要课题。高校青年教师是高校思想政治工作的重要主体,是“立德树人”根本任务能否完成的决定力量,更是决定高等教育“培养什么人”和深入推进“三全育人”的关键。当前部分高校青年教师出现了思想上“贫血”,精神上“缺钙”,行动上“乏力”等现实问题,为引导他们获得崇高的理想信念,实现立德树人使命,要建立理想信念教育理论体系,丰富教育平台和载体,创造环境氛围,完善制度保障。Lofty ideals and beliefs are the core quality of university teachers,and also an important issue to be comprehensively considered and focused on.Young teachers in colleges and universities are the main body of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities.They are the decisive force to complete the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating people”,and also the key to determine“who to cultivate”in higher education and further promote“three complete education”.At present,young teachers in colleges and universities have some realistic problems,such as“anemia”in thought,“calcium deficiency”in spirit,and“weakness”in action.In order to guide them to acquire lofty ideals and beliefs and realize the mission of moral education,we should establish the theoretical system of ideals and beliefs education,enrich the educational platform and carrier,create the environment atmosphere,and improve the system guarantee.
