摘 要:治学道德是学者治学的内在规训,对保障治学的正当性发挥着重要作用。在智能化时代,治学道德的内涵更加丰富,影响因素更加多元,治学道德的底线也更难守护。在梳理布鲁贝克传统治学道德的基础上,立足于智能化时代背景,从治学道德的时代内涵与特征出发,分析智能化时代学者治学面临的责任划分、捐赠甄别、报酬矫正等道德问题,并结合高校治学实际提出培养学者的责任意识、增强机构的经济实力、提升学者的薪酬水平等策略。Academic ethics is the internal discipline of scholars,and it plays an important role in ensuring the legitimacy of academic research.In the era of intelligence,the connotation of academic ethics is richer,the influencing factors are more diverse,and the bottom line of academic ethics is more difficult to guard.On the basis of combing Brubeck's traditional academic ethics,based on the background of the era of intelligence,starting from the connotation and characteristics of the era of academic ethics,this study analyzes the ethics of the division of responsibilities,donation screening,and compensation correction faced by scholars in the era of intelligence.It also proposes strategies for cultivating scholars sense of responsibility,enhancing the economic strength of institutions,and improving scholars salary levels in combination with the academic practice of universities.
