中职音乐专业发展的SWOT分析及策略研究——以新疆和田地区为例

摘　　要：中等职业教育在国家教育部门的高度重视下迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,进而带动了中职音乐专业的发展。本文通过实地调研的方式调查了和田地区中职音乐专业教师教学情况、学生学习情况和学校教学设备匹配情况。采用SWOT分析方法,系统分析了和田地区中职音乐专业发展的内部优势、劣势、以及面临的机遇与威胁,从S-O、W-O、S-T、W-T四个方面提出可供选择的发展策略,以期为该地区中职音乐专业的更好发展提供参考。Secondary vocational education,with special attention from the Ministry of Education,ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity,leading to the development of secondary vocational music.This paper investigates the teaching situation of music major teachers,students'learning situation and school teaching equipment matching in Hetian area through field investigation.By using SWOT analysis method,this paper systematically analyzes the internal strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of music major in secondary vocational schools in Hetian area,and puts forward such development strategies from four aspects as S-O、W-O、S-T and W-T,so as to provide reference for the better development of music major in secondary vocational schools in this area.
