摘　　要：本文在梳理中国农业全产业链新型农林人才培养相关研究的基础上,依据现代农林业对复合型、创新型、应用型人才的要求,总结“新农科”背景下对新型农林人才培养的新要求。在此基础上,对这3类人才培养的新模式和保障机制进行研究,针对性地提出3种类型人才培养知识体系和课程体系的建设设想,并对培养模式改革实践的若干案例进行分析。研究结论是:①“新农科”背景下,大多农林类院校对复合型、创新型、应用型人才的培养未有明显区别且存在一些现实问题,农林类人才培养缺乏针对性,与实践结合不紧密,应针对不同类型人才设计不同的培养模式及配套保障机制;②校企联合、产融结合、理论与实践并行是当前新型农林人才培养的主要趋势,应在人才培养过程中依托政府、企业等力量创新培养模式,丰富培养内容,改进人才培养的知识体系和课程体系,提高所培养人才的实践能力和创新意愿;③部分农林类高校已进行了人才培养模式的改革创新实践,且取得了良好效果,为新时代背景下农林业复合型、创新型、应用型人才培养积累了改革经验。基于研究结论,提出相关政策建议,以期为教育、农业部门以及全国农林类高校提供有益参考。Based on the research on the cultivation of new-type agricultural and forestry talents,this paper analyzes the three types of modern agriculture and forestry talents,namely,compound,innovative and applied talents.It is required to summarize the new requirements of new agricultural and forestry talents cultivation under the background of“emerging agricultural education”.On this basis,the new mode and guarantee mechanism of talent training in these three aspects are studied.Then,the construction ideas of knowledge system and curriculum system of three types of talent cultivation are proposed.Finally,we analyze several cases of training mode reform.The main conclusions are as follows.①Under the background of“emerging agricultural education”,most agricultural and forestry colleges have no obvious differences in three types of talent cultivation,and there are some practical problems.The agricultural and forestry talents cultivation lacks pertinence and practice,and the combination is not close,different training models and supporting guarantee mechanisms should be designed for different types of talents.②In addition,school-enterprise alliance,industry-finance integration,theory and practice are the main trends in the current training of new agricultural and forestry talents.In the process of talent training,we should rely on the government,enterprises and other forces so as to enrich the training content and cultivate innovative talents,to improve knowledge system and curriculum system for the practical ability and innovation willingness of the trained talents.③Under the background of“emerging agricultural education”,some agricultural and forestry colleges and universities have carried out the reform and innovation practice of talent training model,and have achieved good results.It is a composite,innovative and applied agricultural and forestry under the new era.The training of talents has accumulated reform experience.Based on the research conclusions,the paper puts forward relevant proposals in ord
