摘  要:中外合作办学是我国加入WTO开放教育市场的承诺、也是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,随着"一带一路"建设的持续推进,中外合作办学培养复合型国际化人才也逐渐成为其重要职能。结合中外合作办学《能源地下结构》课程教学实际情况,将兴趣(Interest)、创新(Innovation)、责任(Responsibility)和德育(Moral)等因素引入CDIO工程教育模式中,形成基于IIRM-CDIO的教学改革方案;开展教学目标、内容、方法与评价等环节的构思(C)、设计(D)、实施(I)和运行(O)优化,并挖掘新时代思政元素,有效融入能源地下结构专业课程教学实践中。实现以人为本的立德树人目标,为中外合作办学的课程教学改革、新工科和"一流学科"内涵建设和卓越工程师培养提供参考和支撑。Chinese-foreign cooperation education is one of the ways of open China’s education market(which is commitment for WTO),and an important part of China’s higher education.It also become an important function for international complex talent education under the background of"Belt and Road"construction.Based on the teaching situation of the energy geostructure course for Sino-foreign cooperative education,the factors of interest(I),innovation(I),responsibility(R)and moral(M)are introduced into the CDIO engineering education model.Based on the IIRM-CDIO teaching plan,the conception(C),design(D),implementation(I)and operation(O)optimization of teaching objectives,content,methods and evaluation are carried out.The new political elements are explored,and are integrated into the professional curriculum teaching effectively.The results are useful for moral education,and provide reference and support for curriculum teaching on Chinese-foreign cooperation education,the new engineering project and"first-class disciplines"build.
