逍遥更年汤联合电针治疗肝郁肾虚型男性更年期综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨逍遥更年汤联合电针治疗肝郁肾虚型男性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法选取肝郁肾虚型男性更年期综合征患者150例为研究对象,随机分为给予逍遥更年汤组50例,逍遥更年汤联合电针组50例,十一酸睾酮软胶囊组50例。采用伊斯坦布尔Bosphorus心理系的PADAM症状评分量表评价疗效,检测治疗前后患者血清总睾酮(TT)、游离睾酮(FT)、卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、芳香化酶p450水平并进行统计学分析。结果逍遥更年汤组、逍遥更年汤联合电针组、十一酸睾酮软胶囊组3组患者治疗后体能、血管收缩、精神心理、性功能症状改善差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较逍遥更年汤联合电针组较逍遥更年汤组、十一酸睾酮软胶囊组症状改善明显(P<0.05)。十一酸睾酮软胶囊组治疗后血清总睾酮(TT)、游离睾酮(FT)明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);逍遥更年汤组、逍遥更年汤联合电针组、十一酸睾酮软胶囊组3组治疗后芳香化酶p450降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逍遥更年汤联合电针可改善肝郁肾虚型男性更年期综合征患者的体能、血管收缩、精神心理、性功能症状,下调芳香化酶p450表达,临床疗效明确,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoyaogengnian Soup combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of male climacteric syndrome with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 150 male menopausal syndrome patients with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency were enrolled.They were randomly divided into Xiaoyaogengnian soup group(n=50),Xiaoyaogengnian soup combined with electroacupuncture group(n=50)and testosterone undecanoate soft capsule group(n=50).The efficacy was evaluated by using the PADAM symptom scale of Istanbul Bosphorus Department of Psychology.Serum levels of total testosterone(TT),free testosterone(FT),follicle generation hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and aromatase p450 were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment,there was statistical difference in the physical ability,vasocontraction,psychosocial and sexual function symptoms of patients between the Xiaoyaogengnian decoction group,the Xiaoyaogengnian decoction combined with electroacupuncture group and testosterone undecanoate soft capsule group(P<0.05).Compared with Xiaoyaogengnian soup combined with electroacupuncture group,the symptoms of Xiaoyaogengnian soup group and testosterone undecanoate soft capsule group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,serum total testosterone(TT)and free testosterone(FT)was significantly increased in testosterone undecanoate soft capsule group(P<0.05).After treatment,aromatase p450 was decreased in Xiaoyaogengnian decoction group,Xiaoyaogengnian decoction combined with electroacupuncture group and testosterone undecanoate soft capsule group(P<0.05).Consclusion Xiaoyaogengnian soup combined with electroacupuncture can ameliorate the symptoms of physical energy,vasoconstriction,psych sociality and sexual function in male menopausal syndrome patients with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency,and downregulate the expression of aromatase p450.
