摘　　要：高校师德建设对高校落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。理解社会主义核心价值观视域下的高校师德建设内涵,应该把握社会主义核心价值观与高校教师社会公德、职业道德和个人品德的紧密联系,理解社会主义核心价值观与高校师德建设的理论统一性、实践一致性和路径同一性。面对新时代高校师德建设的新挑战,高校教师要把立德树人落实在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的过程中,彰显社会公德的严肃性,恪守职业道德的规范性,树立个人品德的模范性。The construction of teachers’ethics is of great significance to the implementation of fostering virtue through education which is the fundamental task for colleges&universities.To comprehend the connotation of teacher’s ethics construction under the perspective of socialist core values,we should grasp the close connection between socialist core values and college teachers’social ethics,professional ethics and personal morality,and probe into their theoretical unity,practical consistency and path coexistence.To face the new challenges of the construction of teacher ethics in colleges and universities in the new era,we should make the internal and external unity of the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values with the process of fostering virtue through education in order to highlight the seriousness of social morality,abide by the norms of professional ethics and establish the model of personal moral character.
